Is it strange to feel happy and sad at the same time?

That's what I'm feeling right now. A mix of both. In one way I feel human, alive and feel indescrbably at  peace. On the other hand, I feel as though I have been used, or atleast, used someone to get this feeling.

I slept with Sabrina yesterday...oh merlin, i don't know what to do with myself.
