I *think* 160 is normal smallish brand size, 150 only if you're very tiny and 140 is most definitely child size. I'm afraid I don't own any ST. I tried to buy a skirt off the sales comm once until I realised from the measurements it would be too small :(

Maybe it means height?
I think it would be fine to ask on egl, but you could ask on cgl too I guess.
