Thanks to the Eccentric festival art show at Pitch gallery
I sold 3 pieces,
the only 3 that I saw as a set out of all 35 pieces selected of my stuff for the show, all of us narrowed it down to 7 for the show and these 3 sold,I am so delighted.I was just glad to be part and hang "myself",I never gave the thought to anything really selling, considering the subject matter of my works and how rich most people are not I was surprised and very, very delighted someone bought them.
My recent
work was able to hang but it was too small for any of the details to really be seen,I have a few screen shots from a small portion of the image ,animated with several shots of the different steps I went through in painting it,it looks kinda cool this way.Mid way through the work I was distracted with the shadows in it to do a separate video project with those shadows,I ended up have a blast and a video ode to Throbbing Gristle with a song I've always licked since first hearing it on Christmas eve 1985.
I've posted the video on youtube and I might have already mentioned here before,I don't recall it.
