Not everyone did, but if you are referring to those of us who are left -- it is a logic that may be difficult to understand. Those who sick in other ways before they develop last longer than those who are healthy.

It has hard to change habits. And as difficult as it is for you to trust us, similarly some of us have found it hard to be assured all of you will be helpful.

For your other question, it is a mixture of things -- health and general physiology. The same way that a common virus may hit a friend but never cause you any harm.
