In my Holocaust class we're discussing life in the Jewish ghetto. It's full of horrible things like the Germans depriving the ghettos of food, sanitation, etc. so epidemics start and the Germans can say, "Look at what's happening in the ghettos, the Jews spread epidemics." Last night we inaugurated (is that how you spell it?) our kitchenette-en-suite by cooking dinner. Menu: pasta (left over from Lynn's freshman orientation trip), chicken stuffed with basil and ginger garlic, sprinkled with vegetable masala, and white wine, followed by coffee ice cream in front of The Emperor's New Groove. We were discussing Fast Food Nation, and so we went to McDonald's and discussed it there.
