* many hugs * Wow! Many years it has been. What have you been up to? To borrow from Syndrome in the Incredibles: "[I] married [prettypammie]...and GOT BUSY!" Our son is now six. Pam and I are working for a "company on the move" here--federal contractor of about 250 people and rising. I've been there 7 1/2 years now, Pam 6 1/4.
I wish I could go back to Atlanta...maybe for DT's memorial service for him--I imagine there will be one.
The most distinct memory I have is of that wry "3/4" smile--the "well, I'm going to have to fix this, but at least we're all having a lot of fun" smile.

*many hugs* in return. It has been long time no see/talk/communicate with in any way. If I hadn't seen your response to one of the Greg posts I wouldn't have known you had a journal. Congrats on the lifestyle. Sounds great. Does the kid have a name? :) Me, I am married (no kids for me thanks) living in Portland, OR. Bought a house with a couple of friends and their now 20 month old. Working for a lighting company (now there's a big surprise). Singing with a Sweet Adelines chorus and a couple of quartets. Generally being too busy for my own good. I'll email your livejournal email account with my contact info.

Most excellent...We generallly refer to our son as "Q" in public posts...you're on the flist, so it won't take you long to find his name in a protected post.
Greg used to come up the stairs and announce, "AM HUNGRY, LIKE BEAR." That was our cue to clear a path between Greg and the snack machine that held his daily Snickers ration.

and Greg smoking under the no-smoking sign at the church.
And after the Assassin's dress rehearshal where I skipped a cue on the old tape sound board Greg's words were "So we're not going to do that ever again are we?"
