Oh heck. Cock up on the diary front. (Not the first we've had this year - something went awry in date transfers.) I've missed it entirely. You will have to have an official birthday later in the month.
Can I chose my age for that one ? Sorry to hear about the diary cockups - that can be disconcerting .Hope none of them were fun things you missed or anything important :)
but I am quite happy to have an additional one as long as it is minus 5 years or so :)

Thank you Captain Anteros for your kindness in taking with you the greetings for nodbear Mr Hornblower while a fine officer and a thoughtful youngster did really struggle with the poem to go with the Madeira I had had Lady P send on, bless him. Mr Kennedy is far better at this sort of thing but he was delayed on his journey back from the Navy board - apparently Whitehall to the Wapping stairs is quicker via Drury Lane ...I must purchase a new map of the city when next in town I am as ever etc etc
Yes -the picture is somehow very right. Poor Horatio - no idea that Nodbear does not mind the greeting and that his handsome face ( well and his captain's ;) would do quite as well ! Actually I love some of the stills from these scenes so much because they remind me of our dear Indy boys who grew up through being in awe of Ned to resentful of his authority to inspired and grateful - and one day to find that they were treated as friends - and eventually to mourn the man they loved for his kindness. He -and they -are very special people:)

I have to say that a bright picture of young Ioan and the ever wonderful Mr Lindsay cannot but enhance any day.
