So, the ACLU is pissed cause SCOTUS DIDN'T make sweeping hard ridged comment?? Usually they get pissed cause they DO!

Plus, SCOTUS must only act on a case by case basis and focus only on the subject of that case. Make larger, more sweeping comment is outside their ken

I think ACLU is mostly pissed that SCOTUS decided 2A was an individual right (much like all the others in the BoR) and that the ACLU lawyers are of the 'No one needs a gun...' crowd.

But, yeah. More individual rights should make the ACLU happy.
