I voted for the first time today. After riding round the various schools to find one open I went to Smiths Hill High School and made my way through the miriad of placcards and leaflets into the school hall. Well, I finally saw Decoder Ring play live and I have to say I'm a bit unimpressed. They just didn't have the effect of their album live. The Pizza was a success. I made everything from the doh to the sauce. It looks delic and it tasted delic, mwah!

Also, I'm incredibly impressed with Wilco, A ghost is born is an excellant excellant album

I'm attempting to make pizzas tonight, I found a recipe from Jenny in France that looks doable. We shall see how good a cook Ferny really is!

Yay for beach,

Beach for yay! My first dip in the water for about 5 months, and it was good. I spent about half an hour in there with Youngy, Gordo and Nigel. It was cold at first but then it got better, waves weren't terribly good, but the sun was. Touch footy on the beach in the sun whilst skipping databases, yeah, this is life

Yay, I get to write a minute and a half musical, bout time my musical talents were required. Ihouse is creating a promotional video which we're taking the crap out of by making! which is gonna be loads of fun. I'm listening to a cool improvisatory band called "Do Make Say Think" and they're rocking my world right now. Them and "A Silver at Mt. Zion" who are a 10 piece ensemble playing a mix of electronic and orchestral music. And I just handed a violin part to Megan so we should have some good stuff coming out soon, yay!
