I left my binder on the roof of my car on Friday and it flew off into Howe Avenue and was run over many times before I was able to retrieve it. It was on the bridge over the American River, so I almost died several times because I had to run across the crosswalk-less street in busy traffic and then up the median, then wait for a break in the cars

That sucks so bad. I'm sorry. :( I hope you get it sorted out before your midterm on Monday. Professors/lecturers are required to have office hours (its some policy that the CSU system has). Just talk to the department and they'll make it so that your professor gives office hours.

i suppose that wasn't strictly true...she had them, but they were only on monday when i had a class. they should be more spread out than monday.
