As I largely neglected to mention, I am currently in Swizerland. Wow, I'm impressed. If that's a quick post, what's a long one? :-P

And you're so unbelievably lucky with your weather. It was HORRIBLE in Switzerland last week - it rained (and thundered) from Tuesday to Thursday, and grey and miserable on Friday and Saturday. Sunday was OK, though I have to admit that was Zurich, not the mountains...

Well, it didn't take me very much time, and was written whilst everybody else was either out getting the grocery shopping or Paul (in which case they -- he -- were blowing up zombies, or rather trying to and failing and then getting eaten) and thus was able to elongate. Um.

The weather in Switzerland was fantastic. The weather in Durham is grey. Karma, obviously. :D

I felt a Facebook group was LONG overdue, and had in fact considered making one previously, except didn't, owing to the fact that I totally forgot.

You always have the best excuses. :D (And your languages are besser als mein; jedoch hast der Scheiz sehr viel mich gefahlen.)

I'm now back in the country (and have been since Friday evening) but since saturday have not been at home and am currently just outside of Durham. I'm not entirely sure when I'll be getting back to home sweet home. (Dad says Saturday, probably. When do you leave for Prague?)

I just spotted a mistake in the German! curses :(
wonderful... are you uni-ing or visiting friends/relatives or what?
we leave on Monday, which actually works quite nicely. waffles on Sunday yes?

The first time I read that second setence I thought that you wrote that you had spotted a mistake in the German curses, whic surprised me somewhat, but then i realised that it is simply that it is not only my ability to spell that is dissapitating but also my ability to read, so all is good. :D ( ... )

Is the vegetable alien eating steak, or is it just me? (Well, I'll be having roast beef in a sarnie in a minute, but it's the thought that counts, right?) Also, Lil Sis approves of the picture. As she's a veggie-girl herself, that's not surprising...

(Also, is the resemblacne to a tyranid circumstantial or the result of higher powers?)
