Um, I know you're a little out of the area, but "Pantyfa" are the crew on the OTHER side of the conflict. The ones that Fred Perry and the local government types have been supporting. You know... the ones who've been rioting, looting, and burning for four months now.

According to the articles I've been seeing, Fred Perry is a British clothing Company, and the Proud Boys are far, far rightwing racist white men wearing masks and actually carrying weapons.

Okay. "Pantyfa" is a pretty common play around here on "Antifa", the far, far left-wing alleged anti-fascists who have been acting very much like fascists, from staging their very own Kristallnacht protests immediately after Election Night 2016, to rioting fairly solidly since May (and intermittently before that).

The mask wearing is mandated locally by the politicians and, in fact, the right-wing counter-protesters have been some of the most reluctant to go along with it. They're still the ones most likely to be out there without the masks. As for "actually carrying weapons"... well, both sides do that. In this area, though, the civilians who have initiated armed conflict have, when the evidence was made available, been largely leftist
