Ferrret Died

At around about 5pm today one of my pet ferrets, Fred, was put to sleep by the vet.
On Monday Fred got a little ill. When I got back from work my mum was round and said Fred was not very well at all.
I took a look at him and rushed him straight to the vet. The vet diagnosed "toxic shock" this is either bacterial or chemical poisoning, from something

I'm really sorry to hear that, man... [[snuggs]] Losing a pet is a whole different kind of grieving than even that for a human friend... It's all about letting go of what was -- in many cases -- unquestioning genuineness and acceptance. Of course, you had to buy their love with food and cuddles, but who's above that, right? [[winks]]
