How interesting. I had chili tonight too. But it came out of a can.. topped with shredded cheddar cheese.. and some tortilla chips for crunch.
Reading yours sounds interesting but half of the homemade items you've made that I tasted didn't quite hit the mark for my tastes. I love your wraps but the chilies I tried didn't satisfy me. Your style of cooking is one I haven't figured out to label. It's Portland-y and reminds me of stores like uh.. on the tip of my tongue. It's like if Hawthorne street was realized as food.. if that makes any sense. I think I detoured into mindless rambling..
