As interesting as the riddle was and is, why should I really care about "bringing to justice" the perpetrators behind the so-called game?

All involved were moronic enough to trust in something impossible. And yet, Vivio-san I've little inclination to really involve myself in this City's trouble, as I've more than enough waiting for me in my world ( Read more... )

Unremarkable. Some slight commotion in the beginning, but after the fact typical.

Yours?

Of course, I haven't lived with Ryuuken for over a year now. If I so desired, I could avoid his opinion.

Everyone has troubles to return to in their world, but that does not imply that we should be blind to the distortion occurring in the present.

...Who is Ryuuken?

That depends on a number of factors: One's sense of obligation to the present, which in this place is a distorted reality; the extent one is willing to see and go, when the further may increase the risk of danger or death that would prevent a return to the real world. I am disinclined to become over-attached to any part of this present.

My father.

This City may be different, and it may indeed be a distorted reality, but the people within it are real. The people still deserve a City that is worth living in.

However, it is understandable that you do not want to risk your life for the City. Not everyone needs to confront the distortion. So... continue doing your best to live until you return to your world.

...I see.

... UM LOL OOPS WTF. anti_buttons October 3 2009, 03:10:26 UTC
The people of this City could work a little harder themselves.

I do not need you to tell me what I should and should not do. I know where to draw the line, and I am secure enough in whatever decision I make to not require the validation of an outside source.
