[ALL ACTION, ALL THE TIME.
Once, this curse was old, familiar, but no less nettlesome to Ishida Uryuu. He had gone and returned without those memories - but that did not make him naive. Practicality demanded a search of the network each day. He had had the opening shift at the crafts shop, but happily the devices were portable

From across the concrete, through the darkness as this is, of course, an alleyway between buildings, Uryuu knew when she spotted him, because their eyes met.
As, again, the last time he saw her she almost broke his nose, it is perhaps understandable that Uryuu was not overjoyed but instead found his face pulling into an instinctive grimace that might have made Hirako-san proud (not that he has any interest in doing such an inane thing). He also pivoted swiftly and began to walk in the opposite direction.]

... Ishida Uryu.

Kurotsuchi Nemu was well lit, and Uryuu saw her in good time. He stepped closer, but not very, only enough to be hit by the light as he began to pretend he hadn't been creeping around.]
Good evening, Kurotsuchi-san.

Good evening.
[That voice she'd been cultivating, that still rang of her usual, efficient and removed, but allowed... a certain familiarity, a softness to creep in.]
Have you been well?

Not allowing himself to muse on it, he was left only with feeling. Scrutiny of feeling would yield this: he liked it, simply and entirely.]
Recent obscenities aside, all has been... standard.
[Pause, and he pushed as his classes.]

Sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going and - oh. Hi.

Trust me, I think we're... Oh.
[A small vine curls around a sign they're standing under, and Claire, undoubtedly, feels compelled to kiss him.]

[A harping little fact, but she did. Though he had also been watching and had nonetheless been forced to kiss quite a few people. But, he can't really admit that he's in the wrong, and regardless, it's a moot point-- the mistletoe has arrived.]
Oh..
[An echo, preferred to Damn. As Uryuu feels much the same toward her, which is all the more troubling because she's pretty, and a she, so the mistletoe hasn't much work to do.
His attempts to overthink it are weakening, so he tries for her cheek]

He also doesn't have much that could get him uncomfortable, but his staring has started to become weird. "Uh, what?"
[OoC: It's cool, I'm a backdation whore. And a whore for making Demyx kiss, apparently. Oh! Also, I was in Mauzone's and there was some- IDK, cash register or something that said 'Ishida'!]
