As expected, the majority of the city populace couldn't care less about the "other city". Unfortunately, the only way to return would be to rely on Kurotsuchi-san or Kuchiki-san, provided they are able to access a butterfly.
It should be unimportant, but the fact that when I try I can still feel it, quite clearly, suggests that it is more than a curse.

Of course, I cannot ask for them back. That would be intolerably rude. Yet, it's maddening to think of them going unused, unappreciated! I will not pretend that I am some incredibly talented designer, but I had put a rather lot of work into them, and to give a skirt to Arisawa-san?
It is best left alone. At least the curse enforced anonymity.
