You're right, I don't - because I'm not doing any such thing. If you're writing about a heroine, say so. If you're writing about a hero but cannot say so - must instead arbitrarily paste the wrong word in - the result does indeed look ridiculous.
And if you believe, as you imply, that all men everywhere ARE rapists, there isn't much that can be said to you by me or anyone.

Believing that all men everywhere are rapists is ridiculous. You point this out. Feminists feel the same way you do (there are some extremist exceptions but very few), because that belief not only harms men but also women - ie if all men are rapists and can't help themselves, women should stay indoors and protect themselves from the evil men. Everyone loses.
Feminists in general believe than men have agency to choose whether or not to be rapists. Thus, you and feminists agree.
I don't think I can explain it any more clearly than that.
