Oh hey, by the way, we got a snake. His name is Rob. He was swallowed by a snake about his size, and was in the stomach for about 15 minutes before being spit back out. He has little acid burns on his back. Despite having a rough start to his life, he is REALLY sweet and super tame. I love him!

You should try frozen/thawed rats/mice.

A living mouse can really fuck up a snake if the snake isn't hungry, and the mouse gets bored. And not only that, but it's a little more humane. For both the animals.

we're going to watch every time to make sure the mouse doesn't hurt him...i don't like the idea of frozen/thawed mice, also, a lot of snakes won't eat them if they're already dead.
