Well, yesterday I was *so* needy to give you the link to that fabulous video that I didn't either introduce myself. Gommensai.
Before starting, I must tell you that English is not my first language, so I beg you to be patient with me and my poor English skills.^^
To be honest, I *do not* find Keira the worst or less talented actress on earth. The are far worse actresses, like some of us has already said. I absolutely agree.
But there some things about her that I just can't stand.
First of all- that pouting. A classic one. Pouting, pouting, pouting, pouting. Stop that!! And some people have the bravery to admit that she isn't a 'pretty face' like most girls of Hollywood. Maybe they should take a look to her pictures or pay more attention to her mouth.
Anyway, I don't really appreciate her as an actress. She seems to bring a lot of charm, beauty, simpathy and what's else in each movie she's in. That *not* true. For me, at least.
I mean, take a look to Domino. I haven't watched that film yet, but I've seen the screencaps and some videos put at youtube; so now tell me, how can you make a chick like that play the part of a bounty haunter? Keira does irritate me so much with that mouth pouting(...-_-) and that expression kinda like: "I'm thug...see?!" Please.
why does everybody say that she "kick ass"?? probably she thinks the same thing, too. Well, she isn't thug, neither does she "kick ass".
She's 'pretty' silly. just read this one:
“My father says, ‘I wish this could have happened in five years’ time, you could have been 20 and got really pissed and slept with loads of people and no-one would have known.’
“That would have been great.”
Tell me, honestly, do you find a person who says such things 'clever'? I do not. Maybe I'm the one to be weird. If is so, tell me. I won't say anything else about keira and her talking.
Where was I? Ah, yes, her acting.
I think she has totally ruined 'Pride and prejudice.' I mean, I've read that book and, from what I have understood, Lizzie Bennett is not supposed to be a pouting, super duper cute and eye-blinking girl.
Let alone her performance in 'Pirates of the Caribbean.' She's not the kind of person who can play such a part like Elizabeth Swann's one. Maybe Uma Thurman would be(*that* woman kick ass!).
In conclusion, I find Kk a perfect, usual pretty face, even if she does not appear so... may I say stupid? stupid like other actresses like Paris Hilton etc.
The worst thing is that there are in fact many actors/actresses who aren't famous just because they are not so pretty, although they're very good and talented(like the gorgeous Damian O'Hare-- have you seen his performance in potc? Don't you think that, although his role was pretty small, he did an excellent job? C'mon, he was far more better that Keira, admit that;-)). That makes me *so* angry.
Still, KK is considered one of 'the most beautiful women' and 'talented actresses' on earth.
We are a bit exaggerating, aren't we?
I wouldn't like to The Jaw her in my future 20 years of life.
