I kind of have to disagree with him on the idea that this trend in liberals shouting down others is a new thing. But it is a nice rebuttal.

It's just indicitive of what they represent. No free speach unless it's theirs. Doesn't matter if they spew hatred and lies, it's OK in liberalspeak.
