Damn....
It is official, the mechanic just told me that my car is totaled.
So now i call the insurance company again and find out how much they are giving my car lot.....
I owe about 7500 on this car.. the value is probably about 2000-3000 so i will be stuck paying for the rest...

I thought the number one rule of auto insurance was they had to replace your vehicle in kind, and cash would only be if it isn't possible to find your same vehicle. I'd check the link from www.jconline.com for used cars etc.. see if you can find your vehicle and make them replace it instead.. atleast you'd have working wheels while paying off the loan.
