I too remember when drama was a family ... and god knows I have had my diva moments this year. I'm racked with guilt about them, even if it doesn't seem like it. I want to apologize for anything I might have said to discourage your hopes.

I want this play to be the best it can be, and when you made that comment yesterday telling us all to stop criticizing each other, it really hit me that you were talking to every single one of us and not just singling out individuals. I knew you meant well by that, and I appreciate you stepping up to the plate and saying it.

I know you'll be wonderful tonight, as I have faith we all will be, despite all of our apprehensions.
