Just enough time to quickly update before I catch my train. I'm away home for a week for an operation. I'm assured the surgeons have a raft of qualifications and no significant history of muscular spasm, so I'm not too worried. Don't ask what's happening, I prefer to keep my medical data to myself, but it's not lethal or even particularly dangerous
