What a weird day, I've been all over the place. Go to the gym every day now, pretty rewarding if a bit intense. But needs must when the devil vomits into your kettle and so forth. Feeling a bit better today. No longer in any danger of doing anything quite that stupid, I hope. Still nothing in the way of self-esteem, but that's asking a bit much. Face all better now.
