jeff, i gotta question for you. i know you were taking flaxseed oil with your breakfast, does it ever make you feel nauseous? i seriously want to puke every time I take it.
hey grace, yeah, i used to. i didn't make me feel nauseous or gross or anything. do you mean the taste? or just someone you feel that way after? it was a little weird though, because it wouldn't really mix with soy milk and it would look like oil spots in water. which then i would be consuming large portions and then none at different times. i'm not on top of it as much as i used to be, but i just use flax seeds instead when i remember or feel like it. examples, making pasta, salads, you could probably put it in a breakfast thing too.
