Air travel is tricky with a disability... I've had one or two experiences myself with the Meniere's. It sucks like whoa, and I wish the airlines would stop getting away with it.

Me too. However, as the Epic of Fail at the link points out, the airline passengers' immediate means of registering grievance are frequently limited, or misleading, or inadequate, or all three. (Many commenters at the EoF were linking to "United Breaks Guitars", another case where a justifiably dissatisfied customer only got a straight answer out of UAL after their complaint went viral.)

Yep, aggravating as heck to complain. Maybe we all need to go viral. After a while the airlines should get the message.

They also have one of the worst track records transporting pets.
