Ok, this is gonna be a long one, and I'm going to assume that you are making the entire outfit for it.

The bira I can do, though I'm not sure if the hardware store has it in, I'll get back to you on that one.

I don't have purple fabric on me, however I will be going to the fabric store soon and will be able to pick it up. So the only think I'll want to know is if you want it made out of a plain cotton or something a little flashier.

For the wisteria I'm going to need a waist to Knee measurement so that I can make the Wisteria the proper length, though if you want it shorter let me know.

The overall construction of this is going to take a little longer due to the fact that everything is attached to her obi, to make it look like that will take a bit of playing with my obi.

I am not going to give a full price right now until I find out about the metal, which come to think of it, it's Sunday so they're probably not open. *sigh* Oh well, I have to work tomorrow too, so, I'll let you know when I find out.

Thanks for the quick reply. =D
Without the bira is okay too. ^_^ I would like if it is made into a hair accessory, so you dun need to try it on a obi~
Plain cotton is fine with me. I am looking to have it by the end of July~
Would you be able to give me a basic quote just for the fabric parts of it?

well, if you wanted the Wisteria to be as long as hers is I'm thinking something around the price of $25. Those Wisteria are trickier then they look, then Adding the Bira would add about another $10 onto it.
Shortening the Wisteria and taking off the Bira would, of course, bring the price down.
