o Post-canon, an automated cat named Shiro inherits his memories somehow...
o It seems he had made some kind of deal with the mysterious mask-like enemies in the game to keep Glass Cage running the second time - the details are sketchy. He uses their red blobby stuff to attack, though, and is scolded by their voices when he chooses to stay with Sai.
o Only people with a connection to the Glass Cage mainframe could see him previously - Seto held a piece of it in his locket, which is why Shin was visible to him (and Sai was, too.)
