Also, funny you should mention the omniscient janitor because he was, ironically, supposed to show up in my TSN/DW crossover :D In the first draft, he was another time traveller who first introduces Eduardo to the Doctor, because 900 years of time and space and there's nobody who isn't important, and that's including janitorial staff. (This was before I cemented the idea that it was going to be a Mark/Eduardo fic -- originally, when Eduardo runs into elderly!Mark at the end of Place That Don't Know My Name, that honestly was the first time Mark had seen him in eighty years, and in the meantime, he'd married -- probably Marilyn! :D:D:D -- and raised a family.)

tl;dr, thank you for accepting this angsty tidbit I pulled out of my notes as a placeholder for a full-length Mark/Marilyn fic. IT SHALL BE WRITTEN.
