i have so many feelings about a character i've read absolutely nothing about in his own canon (i read the lightning thief junior year and just never grabbed another one for some reason)

I'm just going to be over here. Sobbing my eyes out. Dammit, Elizabeth, you're too good at crushing my heart, but making me happy about it. I feel like Harry with the tea leaves.

Well. My heart just got ripped out and eaten. I think this is the first thing I've ever read (or watched. Or listened to) where the main character does not end up with their love interest, even a little bit. Sometimes the people you love do not love you back. This is a perfect expression of it! (Even if it makes me feel mushy and soft on the inside)

Elizabeth, what did you dooooo again ;__; this is seriously straining my heartstrings, the way it's 100% Nico, the way it's so bone-crushingly one-sided in the saddest, realistically way, the way the wisps of the delightful OT3 brush against my brain in this fic - you outdid yourself again, I adore it (while sobbing grossly, of course) <3 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

PS. I wonder if Nico's lying to himself about outgrowing it, because the boy has a lifetime of being stuck in the past ;___;

PPS. I loved, loved, loved his interaction with other characters, as well, and Hades progeny/21 century = nOTP!;D "Whose idea was Jason Grace, anyway?" *cracks up*
