Ok, cheesy title, but at any rate, my laptop is definitely much happier after I finally got around to reformatting it now. I haven't rebuilt it since I got it almost 3 years ago, so it was WAY past due. It wasn't even running SP2 until now ( Read more... )

I think I'm going to go with a Buyer-broker, someone who only represents buyers and never sellers. If I decide to go with a regular agent though, I'll definitely consider him.
