Well as confused and upset as I was earlier, talking to Christina this evening made it better. Ronnie came into the Gain Lab to tell me that she wanted to talk sometime, so I helped him with his Compare/Contrast essay and then went on to talk. There was a lot of things on my mind that I knew that I wouldn't feel right about or be able to move on

I'm really glad that we got to talk like we did because it helped me a lot too. I know that I wouldn't have been able to just move on without talking to you about those things. You're right, you can't just date for 2 and a half years and then just go on about your life and completely act like that other person doesn't exist after you break up. It's impossible. Like I said, I'm glad that we got to talk and that we made it clear not to be akward around each other and that we are still going to be friends because I really didn't want to be enemies with you either. I'm happy to know that we can still be friends and be there when one another might need to talk about something. I know that you will be successful in life, Jay, you have a drive that not many people have. :)
