I saw them open for Jesu last Monday. I found them much more intense live than they are on record, or any black metal band I've seen live, for that matter. One of the guitarists looked like true human refuse. Maybe it was just the setting, mix, and the bunch of whiners looking all scared that an actual metal band was opening, but I loved it.

completely rocks? looks like human refuse? or gets scared when they have Varg-like shrieking in their face? Sorry, I've never been to the Pacific NW so I can only make weak assumptions.

in olympia there are lots of people living in cabins in the woods eating organic food in pursuit of th "DIY lifestyle"
