First exam went well. Tomorrow I'll have to skip two review classes to finish a presentation for the afternoon that the prof moved forward a week without consulting us. Have been looking at LCBO website for absinth, it seems there's one bottle in Elora, if I don't get that one, I'll have to go to Mississauga or Toronto.

Experimenting may begin this weekend. Second phase will include, I hope, a cocktail known as a "Retox."

10ml Absinth
20ml Tequila
15ml peach liqueur
15ml cranberry juice
5ml Gomme (sugar syrup)

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with two mint leaves.
