Actually, this is what I think:
The guy was waiting for his awesome gift (whatever it is) from UPS. UPS had just delivered his package before the wreck, so he's happy his Mysterious Awesome Gift© didn't get damaged. Maybe he even caused the wreck.

It looks to me like everyone's standing on a sidewalk, not a street or parking lot.

LOL! Now if there was just a method for washing one's brain after dealing with Christians*, I'd be set.

* Disclaimer insert: No, I don't have a problem with all Christians, just the douchey ones who use their religion as an excuse to be bigoted and/or restrict other people's rights. Unfortunately, in my experience, there's far more of those than there are of the non-bigoted, non-discriminatory, non-douchescrotal variety. This way be due to the fact that the douchey Christians tend to squawk much louder than non-douchey Christians, and therefore the douchey ones have the appearance of being a much bigger group than they actually are.
