So some time ago I decided I really wanted to grow lime.Having found no seeds in store-bought fruits(turns out the ones in Israel are of the sterile triploid variants) I started looking around. This morning I finally googled nurseries, with an eye toward finding someone who has Key Lime, for preference. And what do I find? A nursery that sells Yuzu

How much space does one need to grow limes?

What I'm planning on growing is basically a small tree in a planter- so from my father's qumquat I estimate 1-2 square meters per tree. The real issue is that they need sunlight, preferably direct one, so you can't put them everywhere. In your area they would also need to grow indoors since they're cold-sensitive.
