Custom friends filters

Right, well that's why G+ is still in Beta.

I am puzzled; they do have custom friend filters. If I want to send something to my close friends and to my acquaintances I just list both of those circles on the post -- do you mean something different?

What I'm lamenting is that I'd like to post things to public (be visible) without it going out as a message to certain circles.

My astronomer friends could care less about Commedia
My Improv friends could care less about Camelot

But I want to make the posts available for anyone.

Copy and remove

You can see a circle, select all and drag the whole thing to a new circle. Then, if you want to exclude someone (say for a surprise party) you can remove them from the new circle.

So, it is easy for me to make a "Not Bess" list there for when I'm soliciting gift ideas or being generally sneaky.

Ah, Google+ is all a bit too much confusion for my poor wee brain to handle. (I have Smart days and I have Pretty days. I've been Pretty a lot lately.*g*)

Any thoughts on where you'll be posting commedia-related things? :)

Commedia will settle in Google+ as I'm working on having a circle and perhaps using the hangout feature for commedia stuff.
