Steph came over yesterday. Shes decided to stay in Perth rather than take the posting to China, before she decided she asked me what I thought she should do...but thats not something I can answer for her

I actually thought it'd be good for her to leave. Personal growth and all, it's part of the reason I'm glad I'm leaving (at least for a bit).

Different people have different wants and needs I guess.

I didnt tell her to stay at all.

She has her reasons, and they are definitely valid ones.

Mmm, it was a career choice more than anything else. I think the Perth job sets me up better for a career within the industry. That and I like Perth, it's full of my friends and my shoes :)
