Yup, my natal anniversary was Wednesday and my spousal unit and friends conspired to throw me a surprise party of sorts. gah- the zombie drug. I stopped taking it because the teeth-gnashing was driving me crazy. I've become an opportunistic smoker which means when there are ciggies around I'll smoke one. The militant non-smokers scoff at me, but the way I figure it- 2 ciggies once a week is better than a pack a day everyday. I just don't beat myself up over it.
