You're very welcome! I was wondering what that mood would be in other countries after the election. I remember the day after Election Day in 2008, and being at work to see how optimistic everyone was then. It was really something. We'd been forever "at war" against some nameless faceless enemy, people were starting to be out of work in droves, and we were tired of seeing GW Bush's hair get whiter and whiter and his brain get dumber and dumber. I don't think there's quite the level of optimism now that there was in 2008, but it might be a little more domestic, a little more human than when it was about money and guns. I dunno... Rich? Is that what we want other countries to think of us, "Look at what your money can buy in America: the presidency!" I just don't think it would've put forth a very good image of us as Americans, that's all. I don't think the Washington Gridlock would've loosened up much for him to do anything really drastic, like suddenly we all had to be Mormon or we wouldn't get our birth control pills like good little girls... :) But the presidential campaign makes me a little ill, thinking that all the money they spent could've been put towards better causes within our troubled country, like feeding the homeless or even going to pay off the

Religion, and gender are trumped by "rich" in politics. Race nearly is, at least in some places.
People like Romney actually believe that anyone they employ should be grateful to them for whatever shitty job they have. They do not realize that they need the employees just as much if not more.

Good for you for voting, and good for us for not yielding completely to greed and bias. This time.
Hope you feel better soon,
