My old sims 2 pictures

Hi pumpkins!

I mentioned to pennysims about some of my old sims 2 projects and sort of promised to show pictures of them. I don't have the originals left anymore since my old, old computer died. All of these pictures have been previously on display in various forums, so some of you might have seen them before. Quality really sucks with some of them but try

Thanks! Bot of the wedding pictures were part of two different contests. Hmm, actually three since in the church wedding pics I combined two different contests, in the other one we were supposed to be building a church and the other one was about a couple getting married. ;-D

Wow, these are really impressive! I've never build such complicated things, you did wonderful job with those buildings! My favourite pictures are probably the summercottage ones because, well... they were so summery! :D

Thank you Penny! I loved that summer cottage. I was supposed to package it but never got to it and then the computer went caboom. ;-( That, as well as the Hobbit movie scene, cathedral and parliament house were part of a contest themed around the reality show Amazing Race. It was really awesomelly fun contest because the instructions were hints about what might be the target place. We started out from Romania and I really got carried away with Vlad Ţepeş. ;-D

Thank you nilou for your nice words! I used to be so enthusiastic about building and landscaping and decorating and now I just don't feel like it and when ever I think about doing something big I just dream about it and never do anything. ;-( My legacy house is a simple block and there is zero landscaping. Although I was planning on doing something after (hopefully) I get my computer issues in order. But luckily I get to see the lovely pictures all you other provide! :-)

I'm not a fan of weddings/extremely romantic situations, but I really adored your building style and the poses for these pictures. Absolutely wonderful <3

I know that feeling, my inspiration was very low half of the (last) year, but somehow it just came back. I think seeing all these lovely piccies from other people helped it a bit.

I hope you will get your inspiration back and be able to enjoy the game!

Wonderful piccies you have, such complex tasks and all. My favorite pic is the one from the church, with the isle and the second floor balcony showing, beautiful!

Thanks Sammie! The Amazing Race contest can still be viewed in Simpsakat I believe. People really put an effort in their pictures and stories. I got very carried away and wrote a long story about Romania and this guy (vampire?) who was presumably a decendant of Vlad Ţepeş. It was so much fun! And that building and decorating contest was also in Simpsakat but I recall I had to quit it...

Yeah, seeing pictures from others can be very inspiring. And even if they weren't they are entertaining. I love seeing pictures of what others have done with their games!
