that would depend very much on what the job was, if it was something I wanted to do, WHERE it was, and whatever current circumstances I found myself in (what I would be leaving)...so can't really help ya there.
Personally? If someone handed me a plane ticket to go somewhere interesting for a job that I would enjoy, I might just jump at the chance for a fresh start....but that's just me.
why? well because everything IS disposable. you need nothing more than food, and water to live, the rest is trivial, stuff we fill our lives with to fill the emptiness inside ourselves instead of trying to fill that with the friendships, companionships, and relationships, of other people. Stuff comes and goes, you can always go out and buy more furnature, more art, more movies, more music, more sensless crap that you don't need, but you can't go out and buy friends, friends are earned though understanding and giving and taking equaly, without that bond with other humans whats the point of existing? to be self sufficiant without anyone around isn't living, its harldy breathing. when it all comes down to the bare minimum what are the things you would want to have in your imediate life, stuff or people?

At the same time I've seen people take a different route (all expense paid job in another place) and they've hated it.
