a thought struck me the other day as i took a cigarette break. i walked outside of my office building to sit on a bench in the strange parkette in the middle of the street (if you know vieux-montréal, you understand). the benches were taken, used and loved by others. & so i joined the ranks sitting on the monument to m. de maisonneuve.

so, yes. it has all begun. it's all happening...

& now i live in rosemont, with the magical miss maude and the sometimes-silly sir shawn, shawn being almost two years old (birthday next month). i work for forestleadership, a non-profit organization, drink coffee all day long, & sit outside surrounded by the beauty of vieux-montréal.
