A laptop, brand-spanking new with 4-year warrenty papers attached, shows up on Anya's doorstep with a card with a sad face scrawled on.

'Miss you. Things are completely upside-down. Another two weeks should straighten things out. If not, we'll shoot everyone in town and declare ourselves rulers of an empty kingdom. Everyone's getting tired of being away all the time.
