She hadn't told any of the Scoobies what she had planned. She didn't think they'd approve or understand. But it wasn't like she was going back to D'hoffryn. Not like that at all. She was just tired. Her fingers tighten around the ring.

He wanders into her kitchen and comes back with a bowl, setting on the nearest table. It looks like something liquid pours out of his hand and into the bowl and a moment later there is a flame burning in it brightly, not consuming anything, but burning anyway.

"No point to an invocation." Smirk, "I'm already here."

"Anyway," he waves at the Bailey's, "a toast to me would be nice, and then pour some into the bowl. And then," significant look to the hand holding the ring, "say what you're giving up and what it is you want me to give you in return. Then, put your sacrifice into the fire. Simple enough."
