I have returned from New Orleans, all riled up. People want to help, that is not the issue, but it seems the way things are set up is to keep the people down. Police abuse, too much money going in the wrong direction, people being kept from their homes, landlords either charging them when they can't come back, or planning to bulldoze and gentrify
