This morning I was walking around the house drinking my coffee and looking at the birds eating from my bird feeder (yes...I have the habits of a 90 year old women) when I noticed white garbage bags all over the yard. Someone stole our garbage can last night and threw the contents all over the yard. In return for our garbage can, they left empty
