The way of the world

So lately I have been more uptight, irritated and emotional than usual.

LOL

It makes me laugh, not sure why. It just does.

So.. lets see...

I decided that since the middle boy didn't have a baby book I was going to make him one. Yes he is 8 and it's a bit after the fact but every child deserves memories of when they were little. I have one and the two oldest have one and the youngest has one. He's the odd man out. SO, I got him a scrapbook and I got a few sticker type things to go inside on the pages. I started gathering baby pictures and anything that I could think that might go in the book. I was thinking about making a little tooth fairy pouch to put his little baby teeth in and make a tooth fairy page and just little things like that. First vacations, little things he used to say like, "this day" and "day before this day" instead of today and yesterday. I am nervous because I want it to be very special for him to keep forever. Well I want to keep it forever then he can have it when I'm gone. *grin* If any of you have ANY ideas on this please let me know. I have never done any scrapbooking and honestly don't know where to start. So far I am just trying to map out the order I want the pages in. ie birth, days at home, foods, teeth, vacations then school I guess. Not sure what pages should go in as of yet.

and there is ...

Enterprise Architecture. Yeah... dude it's crazy. Reading through these books and watching the presentations are like watching something in a different language. It is a new rubric (sp?) that our university is working with. They changed one of the degree specializations and so they changed a few classes. Now I am taking this new EA class instead of Database Fundamentals. The people of this class talk like they have been in the industry for years. I have not only *not* been in the IT industry as of yet but have never before the implementation of this class heard of Enterprise Architecture. So class is going about as well as it can be. Luckily for me this is the second week and I am still a bit ahead in reading and things.

ROFL... ahhh... *wipes eyes* yeah... my boss is a nut. That's about all I can say about that.

And so as the world turns, these are the days of our lives....
