They overcharged me on my phone bill. I managed to connect on Monday and they told me I was right, but that their system was down for the moment, try again later... Well, I was on hold for more than an hour yesterday and more than two today, and I still didn't manage to get my complaint processed.
I mean, I work the exact same job those people do, and a holding time of five minutes is considered excessive, let alone more than two hours!
